Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Service
CrewSignals provides a structured shift-handover log for operational teams (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
3. Teams
Workspaces are organized by team. Team admins can invite members, manage billing for that team, and configure team settings. Content you submit to a team workspace is visible to other members of that team. We do not designate a single “owner” field in the product; admins are responsible for membership and billing decisions for their team.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, to interfere with the operation of the Service, or to access data not intended for you. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Billing and subscriptions
CrewSignals offers a free plan and a paid Crew plan (currently $12 per team per month, as shown on our website). Paid upgrades are processed by our third-party payment provider, which may act as merchant of record for your transaction.
Each team subscription is billed separately. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from team settings. When you cancel, your team keeps Crew features until the end of the current billing period; no further charges are made after cancellation. At the end of that period, the team returns to the Free plan and Free-plan limits apply.
Fees are not prorated or refunded for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law or our payment provider's policies. See our Refund Policy for how refunds, duplicate charges, and cancellations are handled.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your handover content.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss from dropped handovers or service interruptions.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
