Use this template to log events as they happen during a shift — the raw record a handover or report gets summarized from.

- **Event / activity:** Delivery received — 12 pallets, dock 2
- **Logged by:** R. Patel
- **Notes / action taken:** Signed for delivery, discrepancy on pallet count (11 vs 12 on manifest) — reported to supplier
- **Follow-up needed?:** Yes — awaiting supplier confirmation

## How to use it

- Log events as they happen, not from memory at the end of shift.
- One row per event — don't batch multiple events into one line.
- Flag follow-up items so they're easy to find later.
